Acupuncture
Acupuncture and massage can ease the nervous system, while optimising posture. Victoria has a special interest in supporting fertility, postnatal depression, endometriosis and breech babies.
Pregnancy Physiotherapy Assessment & Treatment
The first session will involve lots of questions, including your medical history so that your physiotherapist can build an accurate picture of your problem. Personal goals will also be discussed to give you an idea of how achievable these may be and give a timeline of recovery. A physical examination of your movement and any relevant special tests will allow the physiotherapist to give an accurate diagnosis. Any treatment or exercises will be a joint decision and guided by you. Massage, gentle joint mobilisation and taping may be recommended in the session. This session is appropriate for: Pregnancy check-ups inc. Pelvic Girdle Pain & Pregnancy-related Sciatica Birth preparation (for vaginal or abdominal births)
Mummy MOT & Postnatal Check
